- Ad Account Management: Management and optimization of advertising accounts, including Google Ads, through our MCC (My Client Center) platform.
- Website Management: Development, hosting, maintenance, and optimization of websites.
- Ad Inventory Management: Management of digital advertising inventory, including programmatic integrations and yield optimization.
- Product Development: Development and operation of technology products and platforms.
The specific scope of services provided to each client is defined in individual service agreements.
2. Client Obligations
When engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform the agreed services.
- Grant appropriate access and permissions to advertising accounts, websites, or other platforms as needed.
- Comply with all applicable advertising policies, including Google Ads policies and applicable laws.
- Notify us promptly of any changes that may affect the services we provide.
3. Google Ads Account Management
When we manage Google Ads accounts on your behalf through our MCC:
- You retain ownership of your Google Ads account and all associated data.
- You authorize us to access and manage your account for the purposes agreed upon.
- We will manage campaigns in accordance with Google Ads policies and best practices.
- You may revoke access to your account at any time by unlinking from our MCC.
- We are not responsible for account suspensions resulting from policy violations in content or products that you provide or control.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials on this website are the property of Cardume or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Work products created specifically for clients as part of our services are subject to the terms of individual service agreements.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client data, advertising account information, and business details as confidential. We will not disclose client information to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services with appropriate third-party tools and platforms.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Cardume shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- We are not liable for changes in advertising platform policies, algorithms, or features that may affect campaign performance.
- Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. Upon termination:
- We will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning account management.
- Client data and account access will be returned or transferred as requested.
- Any outstanding fees for services rendered remain payable.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts located in the State of Florida.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
